At Vetted Publishing, we prioritize client satisfaction above all. Our Unlimited Free Revision Policy ensures that you can request changes and enhancements to your manuscript, design, or content free of charge until you are completely satisfied.
8. Refund Policy:
We are committed to fulfilling your eBook needs professionally and promptly. Refunds are available under specific conditions including duplicate payments, failure to meet project requirements, or inability to meet delivery timelines. Refund requests must be made within five days of receiving the initial draft.
9. Project Inactivity:
If there is no client response for 14 consecutive days, the project will be archived. A $49 reactivation fee will apply to resume work.
10. Refunds Will Not Be Granted:
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, business closure, funding loss, hiring another provider, misleading content, refusal to follow guidance, or failure to complete onboarding.
